Gourmet Meals |
| Air Tahiti
Nui has invited French chef Michel Sarran, crowned with
a 2-star rating by the world-famous Michelin guide,
to impart his expert advice to the airline.
 |
This
well-known chef of gastronomical cuisine, established
in Toulouse, was asked by Air Tahiti Nui to create original,
high-end dishes, which will be served to our passengers
in Poerava First and Business classes from January 2008,
on all flights departing Tahiti.
For Air Tahiti Nui, Michel Sarran created
original menus that marry our Tahitian flavors and his
gastronomical recipes. He has shared his know-how with
the teams of catering specialist Newrest, so that the
preparation of meals respects the Sarran label all year
round.
Michel Sarran designed the dishes of 2008’s
four cycles : 4 appetizers, 8 starters, 16 hot entrées
and 16 desserts that can be adapted to light, cold
meals. “We sell pleasure”, Michel Sarran
states on his official website
